Private Vessel Observer Coverage Requirements

Under the revised Tourism Management Policy document, tighter restrictions have been placed on site access for private vessels carrying more than 10 persons on board (including employed crew). Such vessels may be required to carry an approved observer, depending on the proposed itinerary. (Note that this policy only applies to privately owned vessels such as private yachts, commercial vessels carrying fee paying passengers are administered separately).

List of approved private vessel observers: here.

Mouse ID Request

It is extremely important for the Government to know where SG mice are so that their impact can be managed to the best of our ability. GSGSSI would be extremely grateful for the assistance of visitors in reporting potential sightings. Further details on how to help here.
